This Privacy Policy describes how the Cubora mobile application (the “App”) handles information when you use it. Cubora is a casual puzzle game collection published by Rainfield LLC, a Kentucky limited liability company.

1. Information we do not collect

The App does not collect, store, or transmit any of the following:

Personal information (name, email, phone number, address)
Device identifiers (advertising ID, IMEI, MAC address, IDFA)
Account information (we do not offer accounts or login)
Crash logs, analytics, or telemetry
Location data of any precision
Contacts, photos, calendar, microphone, or camera data

The App contains no advertising SDKs, no analytics SDKs, no tracking technologies, and no in-app purchases.

2. The App operates entirely offline

Cubora is a fully offline application. It does not request the Android INTERNET permission and is technically incapable of making any network request. No game data, score data, or device data is ever transmitted off your device.

3. Local storage on your device

The App stores the following data only on your own device, using the standard Android SharedPreferences facility. This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us:

High scores for each of the three games (Blocks, 2048, Memory)
The most recent unfinished game state, so you can resume where you left off
Sound on/off preference and other in-app settings

You can erase all of this data at any time by uninstalling the App or clearing the App’s storage in your device’s system settings.

4. Permissions requested

The App requests no Android runtime permissions. It does not request access to storage, camera, microphone, location, contacts, or any other protected resource.

5. Children’s privacy

Cubora is rated for general audiences (Everyone / 3+) and contains no content inappropriate for children. However, because the App does not collect any personal data from any user of any age, it cannot and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.

6. Data security

Because the App does not collect or transmit any personal data, there is no personal data on any server that could be subject to unauthorized access. All game data is held exclusively in local storage on your own device.

7. Your rights

Because the App does not collect personal data, there is no personal data to access, correct, delete, or export. If you have questions about this policy or any aspect of the App’s data practices, please contact us.

8. Changes to this policy

If we update this policy in the future (for example, to reflect a change in the App’s functionality), the updated version will be published at this same URL, and the “Last updated” date at the top of this page will be revised.
